Modern Bathroom Design for Bespoke Home

Modern Bathroom Design for Bespoke Home Working alongside JS Construction Solutions, the Kallums contracts team brought expert modern bathroom design to life at The Pines, a stunning bespoke coastal home built from the ground up. We designed and supplied four beautifully curated bathrooms, each offering a blend of luxury, functionality, and contemporary style. The standout master bathroom features a freestanding bath on a raised platform in front of a bay window with breathtaking sea views, surrounded by calming neutral tiles, black panelling, and matt black brassware for striking contrast. A double vanity with matt white washbowls and a wood-effect finish adds warmth and elegance. The family bathroom carries through the serene palette with the addition of a blue feature wall, wrapping into an alcove that forms a sleek, open wet room shower, complete with built-in niche shelving. In the ensuite, we made the most of a compact space with the same flowing tile layout, blue and white tile accents, and clever storage touches, proving that smaller bathrooms need not compromise on design. Finally, the cloakroom embraces the home’s natural decor with a white wall-hung toilet, black accessories, and a neat shelving nich turning a once-overlooked space into a stylish and practical addition. Each bathroom seamlessly reflects the home’s overall aesthetic, delivering both beauty and purpose throughout. Creating a Minimalist Bathroom Design for top London Interior Designer

Creating a Minimalist Bathroom Design for top London Interior Designer Ruth approached Kallums Bathrooms in search of a timeless, calming space for her family. Inspired by our London showroom, she worked closely with one of our expert designers to bring her vision of a modern minimalist bathroom to life. Though she admired many trends, Ruth chose to strip back and focus on simplicity, materials, and texture to create a soothing, clutter-free environment. With limited space a common feature in London homes our team carefully designed a layout that maximised every inch. We concealed all exposed pipework to maintain clean lines and a seamless finish. A standout feature was the Nilo basin from Kast Concrete Basins, chosen in a rich ‘stone’ shade. Its defined shape and raw texture became a central design element, perfectly complementing dark grey tiles and a wall-mounted English oak vanity unit. Brushed nickel brassware from Coalbrook and Crosswater added subtle warmth and elegance, enhancing the earthy colour palette. To replace her previous plastic tub, Ruth selected a robust steel bath by Bette in classic white, paired with a Saneux bath screen. A rimless wall-hung toilet from Saneux completed the look, improving both hygiene and space efficiency. The result: a smart, stylish bathroom that feels spacious, serene, and beautifully minimal. Two Bathroom Renovation Central London

Two Bathroom Renovations Central London For this London home, our clients requested minimalist bathroom designs, and we delivered just that starting with a bold yet refined ensuite. We introduced a splash of blue through the double vanity unit and matching half-painted wall, balanced with warm ivory marble-effect tiles for a soft, inviting look. Brushed brass fixtures including twin taps, a sleek walk-in shower enclosure, towel rail, and a stylish nich added warmth and elegance. A clever in-tank wall-hung toilet solved layout challenges without compromising design, and LED lighting with a large mirror cabinet completed the sophisticated ambience. The guest bathroom followed a calming, neutral palette with light grey tiles enveloping a built-in bath paired with an overhead shower and screen, offering versatility for guests. A soft contrast was created with a dark grey vanity unit, white basin, and chrome fittings, while thoughtful touches like a shower niche, LED lighting, and a modern wall-hung toilet brought a tranquil and cohesive finish to this minimalist sanctuary.
