Our contracts team created two beautiful bathrooms in a basement transformation, which was part of a larger project. Our dedicated bathroom experts provided project management, installation and bathroom design services for Cardinal House.
The Kallums team created 6 bathrooms, and a cloakroom for this project. This London bathroom design, featuring two basement bathrooms, is the perfect source for family bathroom ideas and inspiration.
First, we conducted site survey and met with the client to discuss the project in detail. Our client emphasized that quality and practicality were of the upmost importance for every bathroom. Her vision was 7 bathroom designs that would be a mixture of traditional and modern. All of which needed to be stylish, high quality bathrooms that were functional and practical.
Our talented bathroom designer immediately began working on the designs and specification. We arranged for tile samples to be sent from The Stone & Ceramic Warehouse. Our client loved marble and granite but opted for porcelain tiles which are a great imitation of natural stone and more cost effective. In order to help our client fully immerse themselves in their future bathrooms, and visualise the chosen tiles, we created detailed moodboards and 3D design visuals.
Basement En Suite
This beautiful basement En Suite was our designer’s personal favourite! A modern bathroom design with a stylish, urban chic feel. Striking grey marble effect tiles flow perfectly across the room and provide a contemporary, slightly moody aesthetic. We encased the inset bath with the same tiles creating a flawless, seamless design. The elegant wooden finish of the vanity unit offers a pleasant contrast against the grey tiles, whilst complementing the chrome taps and fittings.
Basement Shower Room
A luxurious shower room featuring a large walk-in shower enclosure – ideal for a peaceful and invigorating shower! Stunning white and black marble tiles harmoniously flow across the room, whilst providing a stylish monochrome look. The white ceramics and a black vanity unit further enhance this aesthetic, creating a seamless finish. Modern chrome taps and fittings perfectly complement the veins in the marble tiles.
