Modern Bathroom Design for Bespoke Home

Modern Bathroom Design for Bespoke Home A Bespoke Coastal Bathroom Collection Working alongside JS Construction Solutions, the Kallums Contracts team delivered a full suite of modern bathroom designs for The Pines – a striking, custom-built coastal home. Four beautifully coordinated bathrooms were designed and supplied, each combining contemporary style with practical luxury to complement the architecture of the property. Statement Master Bathroom with Sea Views The master bathroom is the showpiece of the home, featuring a freestanding bath set on a raised platform in front of a bay window overlooking the sea. Soft neutral tiles create a calm backdrop, while black panelling and matt black brassware add bold contrast. A wood-effect double vanity with matt white washbowls introduces warmth and balance, completing this elegant and relaxing space. A Calm and Contemporary Family Bathroom The family bathroom continues the serene colour palette, enhanced by a striking blue feature wall that flows into a tiled alcove. This clever detail frames a sleek open wet room shower, complete with built-in niche shelving for a clean, uncluttered finish. Smart Design for the Ensuite In the ensuite, thoughtful layout planning allowed us to maximise a more compact footprint. The same flowing tile design, paired with blue and white accents and integrated storage, ensures the space feels bright, functional and beautifully finished – proving that smaller bathrooms can still deliver big on design. A Cohesive Finish Throughout Each bathroom at The Pines has been carefully designed to reflect the home’s overall aesthetic, delivering a seamless balance of beauty, functionality and contemporary coastal living throughout. start your journey

Creating a Minimalist Bathroom Design for top London Interior Designer

Creating a Minimalist Bathroom Design for top London Interior Designer Ruth approached Kallums Bathrooms in search of a timeless, calming space for her family. Inspired by our London showroom, she worked closely with one of our expert designers to bring her vision of a modern minimalist bathroom to life. Though she admired many trends, Ruth chose to strip back and focus on simplicity, materials, and texture to create a soothing, clutter-free environment. With limited space a common feature in London homes our team carefully designed a layout that maximised every inch. We concealed all exposed pipework to maintain clean lines and a seamless finish. A standout feature was the Nilo basin from Kast Concrete Basins, chosen in a rich ‘stone’ shade. Its defined shape and raw texture became a central design element, perfectly complementing dark grey tiles and a wall-mounted English oak vanity unit. Brushed nickel brassware from Coalbrook and Crosswater added subtle warmth and elegance, enhancing the earthy colour palette. To replace her previous plastic tub, Ruth selected a robust steel bath by Bette in classic white, paired with a Saneux bath screen. A rimless wall-hung toilet from Saneux completed the look, improving both hygiene and space efficiency. The result: a smart, stylish bathroom that feels spacious, serene, and beautifully minimal.
