Design

With our free comprehensive bathroom design service, we create luxurious bathrooms tailored to you. Our design consultations include home visits, 2D & 3D sketching, CAD drawings, moodboards and elevations all from our expert design team, who have over 75 years of combined experience.

Supply

Kallums Bathrooms offers a premium range of bathroom products from top brands like Gessi, Samuel Heath, and Dornbracht. With diverse styles, finishes, and sizes, we cater to any project and budget. To complete our perfect supply process we also have our own delivery team, meaning we can deliver the fastest and most reliable delivery service for your products.

Installation

We will introduce you to experienced installers and provide them with a comprehensive design and installation pack, ensuring they have everything needed to bring your project to life. We will then guide the bathroom installation process from start to finish, checking in on the progress at every step to make sure perfection is maintained.

The designer did a great job with the design of the bathroom but the follow up/admin side of dealing with them has been truly awful with staff changes and very little responsiveness without a lot of chasing. Noticeably more painful to deal with than any other supplier on our renovation.

DO NOT USE Kallums. I would leave zero stars if I could. They quoted for a bathroom project, we paid them a £15k deposit to proceed. They did a minimal amount of work, then their estimated costs increased by £25k. We told them that we would need to find another supplier as we could not afford this increased cost. They initally agreed to refund our deposit minus a small amount of cost they said they had incurred, but after chasing them for 4 weeks with no response they have now said they will not refund any of the deposit. We are now progressing a legal route to recover our funds. Be warned.

Kallums did an amazing job on our bathroom. Everyone involved was great to work with, and especially Luigi who was incredibly responsive throughout and had some wonderful ideas which helped to transform our bathroom. The works were carried out on time and everything ran very smoothly, with regular check-ins from Luigi in store. The building team were thoughtful about various practicalities and very professional and pleasant. I would wholeheartedly recommend Luigi and Kallums.
