Master Bathroom – Cardinal House

Master Bathroom – Cardinal House This stunning master bathroom was created by our contracts team as part of a larger bathroom project. The Cardinal House project includes 6 bathrooms and a cloakroom; for which our expert team provided project management, installation and bathroom design services. This beautiful London bathroom design is perfect for master bathroom ideas and inspiration. Contact us After conducting a site survey, one of our talented bathroom designers met with the client to discuss the project in detail so they could begin work on the bathroom design and specification. Our client’s vision was stylish, high quality bathrooms that are practical and functional at the same time. Next, our team began the design process and worked hard creating mood boards and visuals. This helped our client to fully immerse themselves in their future bathrooms, and to clearly visualise the chosen tiles. We also arranged for lots of tile samples to be sent to the client from The Stone & Ceramic Warehouse. In order to achieve the desired design, we opted for beautiful porcelain tiles that are a great imitation of natural stone. For the Master Bathroom our client wanted a beautiful traditional bathroom design. With high quality, practical bathroom products being the most important factor for this project. The stunning double vanity unit exudes luxury, with the wood finish perfectly complementing the black marble top. The white marble tiles add a pleasing contrast that seamlessly flows across the room, whilst creating a light and airy feel. Fulham Shower Room

Fulham Shower Room Project Part of a three-bathroom project for Green County Developments, this compact shower room was transformed into a luxurious, modern space. Using large format white marble tiles and deep blue herringbone accents, the design feels spacious and stylish. A sleek wet room system, matt white vanity, and wall-mounted toilet maximize space and function. Brushed brass fixtures and ambient LED lighting add warmth and elegance, making this small bathroom a refined, calming retreat.

Fulham Ensuite Project

Fulham En Suite Project Kallums Bathrooms designed a luxurious en suite in Fulham as part of a full renovation for a young couple’s first family home, commissioned by Green County Developments. The brief was to create three elegant, modern bathrooms using luxurious materials like marble, brushed gold fittings, and soft lighting, with a consistent design across all spaces. For the en suite, we focused on maximising space without overcrowding. Large-format marble tiles created a seamless look, paired with contrasting blue herringbone tiles for depth. A bespoke double-ended marble-encased bath became the centrepiece, with discreet storage hidden in the bath panel. A floating marble double basin and brushed brass taps completed the vanity, while a secluded wet room shower added a spa-like touch. Carefully integrated lighting and hidden storage kept the space functional and refined, resulting in a calm, elegant retreat that exceeded the client’s expectations.

Fulham Cloakroom Project

Fulham Cloakroom Project The Kallums contracts team transformed a compact cloakroom in Fulham into a luxurious, award-nominated space as part of a three-bathroom refurbishment for a young couple’s first family home. Commissioned by Green County Developments, we provided full bathroom design services and supplied every detail of this striking and elegant room. Despite the cloakroom’s limited footprint, our brief was to create a bold, sophisticated powder room with a blend of luxurious materials, bespoke elements, and contemporary finishes. The clients had a strong vision pairing marble and wallpaper with brushed gold brassware and ambient lighting to craft a space full of character and style. The cloakroom’s standout feature is the extravagant Leopardo wallpaper by Matthew Williamson, rich in gold and brass tones, which brings opulence and vibrancy to the room. To contrast and ground the design, we chose large-format white marble tiles from The Stone & Ceramic Warehouse. These tiles reduced grout lines, making the space feel more expansive and uninterrupted. Offcuts from these tiles were cleverly used to craft a custom countertop, which seamlessly integrates into the overall look thanks to a brushed brass tile trim that bridges the transition between tiles and wallpaper. A matt white countertop basin from Waters Baths and a wall-mounted toilet from Flaminia kept the palette refined, while a brushed brass tap from Crosswater and matching accessories added a consistent, luxurious finish. Lighting was key to elevating the space pendant lights hang at staggered heights to create visual interest above the vanity, while a soft LED-lit niche above the WC and ceiling strip lighting enhance the warm, ambient glow. The look is completed with a large, backlit mirror from HIB that further enhances the sense of space and light. This beautifully crafted cloakroom proves that even the smallest bathrooms can deliver a lasting impression when design, detail, and functionality are perfectly balanced.
