The expert team at Kallums Bathrooms recently completed an outstanding West London Bathroom Refurbishment project. Consisting of four bathrooms – A master ensuite, family bathroom, downstairs cloakroom and a shower room .We provided bathroom design and supply services for this incredible bathroom refurbishment in West London.
Our clients wanted us to support with this luxurious West London bathroom refurbishment project, entrusting our bathroom specialists with the design and supply of all four bathrooms within their home.
The client was very intrigued with the finish of natural brushed brass, and wanted this to be a key design element used throughout every bathroom. However, it was important that each bathroom would have it’s own unique spin.
As mentioned, our client wanted to explore the beauty of natural brushed brass throughout all the bathroom designs.
For the master ensuite, we wanted to create a design with a luxe, industrial feel. To achieve this, we used Steam brassware from Arteform in brushed brass paired with a Drench Deco shower screen in matt black. We also opted for a Sterlingham heated towel rail in unlacquered brass, to match with the chosen brassware.
To bring a warm, natural feel to the space, we used stone and marble effect wall tiles. As well as wood effect floor tiles.
The neutral tones from the tiles and the IdeaGroup vanity unit helps to balance the industrial feel and soften the design for a more understated look.
Discover how our award nominated bathroom designer brought these four luxurious bathroom designs to life. Our bespoke bathroom design service offers tailored solutions for creating unique and personalized bathroom spaces.
By collaborating closely with clients, Kallums craft layouts that reflect individual tastes, preferences, and functional needs. This service goes beyond standard designs, prioritizing innovation and attention to detail.

Continuing with the natural brushed brass theme, however for this bathroom design we opted for colour rather than neutral tones.
We also continued with the subtle industrial style using the Arteform Steam brassware in brushed brass. It was important to our clients for the bathroom to be colourful without being too garish, so we chose beautiful glossy green subway tiles from The Stone & Ceramic Warehouse. Which became a standout feature of this West London bathroom refurbishment.
To soften the colour palette, we paired the green wall tiles with light neutral tiles and wood-effect floor tiles.
As this is a large family bathroom, we wanted it to offer excellent functionality for the entire family. So, we included a large walk-in shower enclosure from Matki – which also had brushed brass detailing.
As well as a sumptuous freestanding bath from BC Designs. We had the bath custom painted grey to perfectly match the luxe grey vanity unit from IdeaGroup, both of which complemented the green tiles flawlessly.

Still in keeping with the brushed brass theme, but for this cloakroom our client wanted a moody bathroom design.
We decided to use a very similar colour scheme to the family bathroom, but a little darker to achieve the desired moody feel.
Therefore, we painted the walls, ceiling, door, and woodwork in a stunning dark green shade. We used the same glossy subway tiles around the WC area, but this time in a dark grey colour. As well as patterned floor tiles in a warm neutral tone.
A slatted wood feature was used for the basin area to create a main focal point within the cloakroom.
This added a more natural, earthy feel to the space. Along with a low-profile countertop basin, brushed brass tap, backlit mirrors and wall lights.

Designing the shower room was one of the more challenging aspects of this West London bathroom refurbishment.
The bathroom is located in the eaves of the roof, so space was very limited. Our team managed to expertly optimise the bathroom using the main structure of the eaves and create a comfortable shower room. To help with this, we also used space saving ceramics and vanity unit.
For the bathroom design, we kept the same style as the family bathroom but with a different colourway. Instead of green, we opted for striking glossy aqua blue tiles. Which also worked beautifully with the brushed brass fixtures used throughout.
