Creating a Minimalist Bathroom Design for top London Interior Designer

Creating a Minimalist Bathroom Design for top London Interior Designer Ruth approached Kallums Bathrooms in search of a timeless, calming space for her family. Inspired by our London showroom, she worked closely with one of our expert designers to bring her vision of a modern minimalist bathroom to life. Though she admired many trends, Ruth chose to strip back and focus on simplicity, materials, and texture to create a soothing, clutter-free environment. With limited space a common feature in London homes our team carefully designed a layout that maximised every inch. We concealed all exposed pipework to maintain clean lines and a seamless finish. A standout feature was the Nilo basin from Kast Concrete Basins, chosen in a rich ‘stone’ shade. Its defined shape and raw texture became a central design element, perfectly complementing dark grey tiles and a wall-mounted English oak vanity unit. Brushed nickel brassware from Coalbrook and Crosswater added subtle warmth and elegance, enhancing the earthy colour palette. To replace her previous plastic tub, Ruth selected a robust steel bath by Bette in classic white, paired with a Saneux bath screen. A rimless wall-hung toilet from Saneux completed the look, improving both hygiene and space efficiency. The result: a smart, stylish bathroom that feels spacious, serene, and beautifully minimal.

Two Bathroom Renovation Central London

Two Bathroom Renovations Central London A Bold Minimalist Ensuite For this London home, our clients asked for minimalist design – with confidence. The ensuite delivers exactly that, introducing a bold yet refined splash of blue through a double vanity and half-painted wall. Warm ivory marble-effect tiles soften the palette, creating balance and calm. Brushed brass details add warmth and quiet elegance, while a sleek walk-in shower, integrated niche, and streamlined towel rail keep the space feeling considered rather than busy. A wall-hung toilet with concealed in-tank system solved layout challenges seamlessly, and layered LED lighting with a large mirrored cabinet completes the look. A Calm, Considered Guest Bathroom The guest bathroom follows a softer, more neutral approach. Light grey tiles wrap the space, creating a serene backdrop for a built-in bath with overhead shower – practical, versatile, and timeless. A dark grey vanity adds contrast, paired with a crisp white basin and understated chrome finishes. Thoughtful details, including a shower niche, wall-hung toilet, and subtle LED lighting, bring cohesion and calm to the space. Two bathrooms. One clear design language.Minimalist, balanced, and beautifully resolved. start your journey
