Unlike other bathroom retailers, we choose not to recommend third party installers. Instead, we have our own team of installation experts. Plus, we have an installation project manager who oversees every project to ensure that your bathroom installation goes smoothly.
They provide an itinerary of the jobs to be completed each day and check in daily with the installers, as well as conducting regular site visits to ensure everything is being completed to the highest standard. We strongly believe communication is key, which is why photos will also be taken at every stage of our bathroom installation process and used to keep you fully updated. Before finalising any installation, our project manager will assess the bathroom using our completion checklist. After ensuring everything has been completed to the highest possible standards, we will sign the project off as complete.
