We cannot guarantee that the design will 100% reflect colour, dimensions, or exact products. Any measurements taken by Kallums Ltd are as accurate as they can be. All measurements should be checked by installer prior to confirming the order.

The average bathroom installation project takes 3-5 weeks, however unforeseen circumstances may arise which could delay the project. We will do everything we can to eliminate any delay.

Our team of luxury bathroom fitters work to the highest possible standards. To help protect your property we lay protection on carpets and flooring from the bathroom to the entrance. We also seal any applicable doors/areas to protect from dust
We have an installation project manager, who is a dedicated bathroom expert that oversees all bathroom installations and ensures the entire process runs smoothly. We provide a planned itinerary and take photos to document every stage of the installation process and send to our clients to keep them fully updated.
Our team of luxury bathroom fitters pride themselves on a hassle-free services. However, as with any bathroom installation, some disturbance is inevitable – but we do our best to keep disturbances to an absolute minimum! We will keep you updated throughout the entire installation project of the work to be completed each day, so you will have warning of any tasks that can cause disturbance.
Kallums Bathrooms offer ongoing support and aftercare of your new luxury bathroom. Our bathrooms are completed to a very high finish and we will do everything we can to help and advise you to ensure your bespoke bathroom project is maintained to the highest standards long after installation.

We offer a 2-year workmanship guarantee which covers the installation of products including tiles and products supplied by ourselves, where still under manufacturer’s warranty, as well as plumbing, electrical work, and decoration. This does not cover any damage, accidental or otherwise, to installation and/or products once the installation has been signed off.
