Consultation

Upon receiving your enquiry, we will extend
an invitation for an initial consultation.
Whether you prefer a face-to-face meeting or
a virtual discussion, we are here to
accommodate your needs.

Survey

To ensure accuracy and precision, one of our
designers will come to your location to take
detailed measurements of your space. This also
allows us to really get a feel for your space, to
understand the environment and ensures that
every design element is perfectly tailored to fit.

3D Imaging

After your survey, our designers will review your project, research the best design, and consult with our technical team to ensure product compatibility, addressing any property constraints with the installer. 3D imaging helps visualise your design, ensuring every detail aligns with your vision before installation.

Presentation

We’ll invite you back to the showroom to present our design plans, including a scaled drawing, moodboard with samples, 3D rendering, and a detailed quotation for your bathroom.
