Bathroom installation can be a complex task, particularly with luxury bathrooms. Therefore, it requires a highly skilled team of luxury bathroom fitters to ensure the job is done right. To keep your property clean and protected we lay protection on carpets and flooring from the bathroom to the entrance. Plus we seal any applicable doors/areas to protect from dust.
Removal of existing appliances, stud walls and anything that will not be included in the new bathroom.
Installation of new pipework for plumbing, electrical cables and framework for stud walls. Plus installation of any required shower components.
Next we install any concealed products such as cisterns and underfloor heating.
Then we start waterproofing followed by tiling, and grouting. Once this has been completed we begin any required painting.

After everything has been installed we begin the finishing touches. This includes applying silicone and giving the room a thorough clean.
We finish the installation by following a completion checklist and then approving the final sign off.

Firstly, we conduct a site survey to fully understand your bathroom space whilst noting important information such as pipe positions etc. Next, we invite you for a design consultation to discuss all your ideas and how you envision your dream bathroom.
Our bathroom designers will create realistic interpretations of the proposed design using mood boards, CAD drawings and 3D renders. Once you are happy with the bathroom design, all products are placed on order with delivery and installation promptly arranged. We pride ourselves on making sure your luxury bathroom installation is as convenient and hassle-free as possible.
1. The Project Manager will attend on the first day to go through the plans with the installers, check the delivery, agree where the skip can go, or if no room for a skip then agree where the rubbish can be stored. Stored rubbish will be put into heavy duty rubble sacks which will be taken away every few days so not to build up.
2. We will protect the areas in your home that will need protecting by putting down protection on carpets in the high traffic areas and cordon off doors of rooms which will not be in use.
3. First fix items will be installed, and the Project Manager will check that they are in working order before the tiling begins. The tile layout will be discussed with you and the plan drawn up for the Installation team to follow.
4. Once the tiling is complete then the second fix items will be installed. Before the room is due to be finished the Project Manager will check all items and, if required, create a snagging list for the installation team to complete at the same time they are doing the finishing touches.
5. When the bathroom is complete the Project Manager will go through a completion checklist with you, checking all items, showing you how they work and ensuring you are happy with the overall finish.
6.Once this checklist has been completed then your 2-year workmanship guarantee will begin.
